About Us

Dr. Art Luckman, DDS grew up in Jackson, TN. He graduated from Union University in 1981 with a BS degree majoring in Biology. He then attended and graduated in 1985 from the University of Tennessee Memphis Center for the Health Sciences in Memphis, TN. He returned to his hometown and entered into a dental practice with his father Dr. William Luckman. Dr. Art enjoys helping his patients have the healthiest mouth possible. He teaches them that having a healthy mouth helps their overall health.

Dr. Luckman and his wife, Karla, who is also the office manager have two daughters. Kristin, their oldest, is married and has a son Holden. Kristin is also a dental assistant for the practice. Their youngest, Lindsey, is still in college pursuing a degree as a school counselor. 

In his spare time, Dr. Art enjoys fishing, hunting, canoeing, exercising, and spending time with family. He and his wife have really enjoyed becoming Papa and Nana to their new grandson this past year.

With over 30 years of experience, Dr. Luckman has the skills and the knowledge to help any patient that walks through the doors of our family-owned dental practice. He will spend as much time as it takes to make sure that everything is perfect. He wants every patient to leave happy and satisfied with his work.
